Leafs Game

On February 15th the day Tyler had been waiting for since the start of the NHL season finally arrived! The Maple Leafs made their appearance in Edmonton. We had to leave uber early in order to watch the team warm up and hopefully get our jerseys autographed. After a long wait in the KFC drive thru, forgetting our Sharpies and buying new ones we finally made it to the game. Unfortunately (according to Ty) the team was very focussed and did not sign any jerseys (Due to their losing streak). There were so many Leafs fans there it was awesome. After 2 quick goals in the first 2 min and then an Oiler come back we went into OT and the Leafs WON!! It was so exciting. Before we got married I could have cared less about the Leafs but after watching them 1-3 times per week since I love them! I could probably name almost every player. It was a great date and we can't wait till they come back next year!
