May Long Week

 Watching a movie. Almost there!

For May Long weekend we all headed down south to spend some time with our families. Muffy and the boys came up from Idaho and I was lucky and was able to spend an entire week just hanging out. It. was. AWESOME. Quinny and I headed down on Wednesday afternoon and arrived just in time for supper and a haircut from my awesome aunt Sheri! This is Q's first real haircut so we documented with a few pictures and I even kept a few strands. (I know typical first mom) Quinny was suprisingly well behaved. Probably because she was exhausted!

Thursday was spent hanging out, going to the park, eating treats and watching TV. Yes my mom has TV now!! Cohen was skeletor most of the time...hence the sunglasses and Quinn and Mason were perfect little angels. LOL.

Friday we hit up the swimming pool because it was freezing outside. Sorry no pictures. Then we just enjoyed a day inside. We baked some cookies...with 3 helpers and enjoyed having Tyler there!

We celebrated Tannis' 20th birthday on Saturday with dinner and a skor cake that she made for herself! We were pretty stoked since Tannis is the oldest of the girls and not married or engaged! We are so proud! Now if only she can finish school unattached she will be RICH! Tannis is awesome. I love love love (did I say Love?) having her in Edmonton with me. She is willing to drop anything to help me out with Quinny or whatever and we have such a good time together. I don't know what I would do without her! Plus Q loves her!

Sunday was spent at the Dudley's riding horses and hanging out with Grandma & Grandpa. Cohen seriously loved it and would have rode those horses forever...Quinn not so much. Cohen also learned to rope! I think Kevin is his new adopted Canadian Grandpa.

We hit up the Calgary Zoo on the Monday and it was awesome. We were so excited to see the penguins and it was worth every second of the wait. We luckily only had to wait about 20 min and we all ate lunch and hit up the bathroom while we waited so it worked out perfectly. We spent about 4 hours at the Zoo and all 3 kids loved it! Luckily it was a 2:1 ratio of adults to kids so we didn't lose anyone. Quinn loved the penguins and the elephants of course.
 Tannis and her wolves.

 Love my family!

 What a good Grandma.

Clearly Mason wanted to be in the picture.

Seriously how cute are these two?

We spent the next couple days with Elise and Wrigley and recovered from our marathon trip to Calgary. Other highlights include fitting way too many people on the quad, attempting Insanity (it is INSANE!), watching PVR recordings, going to a movie and dessert, and going through our wedding boxes. It was a great way to spend a week and I can't wait till Tally in July!!
 Cohen was a good "helper"

Quinn got sick and us being the good parents we are fed her some diet coke to encourage her to pee. Hey they needed a sample and we were tired of waiting!
Cousin baths are always fun

 Don't report us...

The favorite place for these two to play
