Welling Extravaganza

Since Danielle decided it would be a good idea to move to Alaska...(seriously?) We decided to have one more cousin/sister getaway in Welling before she moved a bajillion miles away. (again seriously?) I sure do love having all the cousins together. My kids definitely lucked out with some fun and active cousins. Now we are just holding out for another girl someday!

Scar was in her own personal heaven loving on the kitties every chance she got. She may have loved till it hurt. Literally choking the life out of the kitties. Luckily all humans and animals survived.

 Cousin baths are always a favorite.

We ventured out to Henderson park/playground. We took the kids bikes and rode around the lake for a bit as well. Cohen mostly just tried to find cray fish. Which he finally did just as we were leaving!

 My mom and Paul invested in a boat finally and we couldn't be more excited! I LOVE boating. Sadly this year all I could do was slow tube rides but I have full intention of using that boat next summer! Muffy just rocking the full piece swim wear...

 We convinced the 3 older kids to ride on the tube. It was all fun and games until they all leaned forward at the same time and the tube nose dived. Quinn fell into the water and about lost it. Luckily a little bribery always works for her and we got her out again later that summer.

A trip to Costco with all our kids is always a must. Not sure why. Its never very much fun....

 My mom invested in a National Parks pass this year we we decided we better get out and use it. We headed up to Waterton after church. We enjoyed some hiking...well some of us did....to blackiston falls, we ate ice cream, and threw rocks in the river.

We had the Evans cousins over for breakfast. It was great to see them. I can't believe how old they are all getting. I sure do love those boys!

The kids were outside with the cats pretty much every chance they could get. We lucked out with great weather and it was nice for them to have something to distract them outside.

 We turned on the Sprinkler on afternoon and Paul built a pretty sweet slip and slide. Minus a few cuts from the plastic everyone had a blast.

We finally got out to Tyler's parents to ride the horses. This is also a fan favorite activity of the kids.

Finally before everyone left we got our classic couch picture of the cousins. Pretty soon we are going to have to move to a bigger couch!
