Halloween

This Halloween our costumes were pretty lame but we had a great few days! On Friday we hit up the Starks rocking Halloween party where we ate way way too much, played the donut game and carved pumpkins. It was so much fun as always! Quinny was a butterfly this year (yay for discount costumes at old navy!). She hated her costume less than last year but still threw a fit when we put it on her. Tyler dressed as a butterfly catcher and I was a wrestler. Someday I'll convince Tyler to enjoy dressing up and we will have a sweet costume....someday sigh.

We carved pumpkins as a family on Tuesday and Quinn would not go near the guts just like her dad. So I ended up cleaning out all the pumpkins.

On actual Halloween the Starks ditches their lame corner house and we trick or treated and handed out candy. After we finally made Quinn wear her toque and mitts we braves the cold (-13 with windchill) and went around a couple blocks. Quinn loved it! She had to hold her bucket the whole time and kept trying to walk right in people's houses! It was so fun to watch her

Unfortunately we didn't have too many kids come to our house so we are still eating the candy...it was a great holiday
