Christmas

Christmas Vacation started with the usual trip down to Southern Alberta. A sleeping child is the only way to travel. We got a little snow on the roads but what would a trip south be without snowy roads!

Once we arrived we were greeted by COUSINS! Quinny seriously loves her cousins and can't get enough of Toe-Toe and Mase.  A lot of bathing happened.
There was a plethora of iphone...approximately 8 so there was always one somewhere to play with. (PS. Tyler did Quinn's hair...)

There was also a plethora of Aunts and Quinn took full advantage!

On Christmas Eve we spent part of the evening with my family and part with Tylers (sorry no pictures). With my family we enjoyed visiting, playing Christmas Bingo, great food, a chocolate fountain, and an amazing live nativity (with the best Mary & Joseph ever!). Then we headed over to Tyler's for some cabbage rolls (for him NOT me), more visiting with family, and some Christmas Eve Jammies. Unfortunately we kept Quinn up way way too late and she ate way too much crap and she threw up all over them that night and more in the morning...

 Trying out our new camera

She stole all the money we were using for Bingo

Love this four year old!

 Christmas Eve!!

Christmas Morning. Way too many people and presents in one small room. But it was pure awesome.

 Presh.

Quinny was surprisingly good at opening presents. Except she got way too much and only wanted to play with the first present she unwrapped. I guess we know for next year!

Love this last present. Muffy made me/Quinn a quiet book. Definitely a labour of love that I will never be able to thank her enough. It is amazing and Quinn loves it!

After Christmas the fun only continued. With amazing things like a wedding dress fashion show. 6 years and almost 3 months preggo and I can still fit in that dress! (Def fat at my wedding!)

My mom's sweet reaction to us all in dresses.

Tannis rocked my moms and we can't wait till someday when she can actually rock her own. Or wait maybe we can. We LOVE single aunt Tannis!

We got to play some alumni basketball and it was awesome as usual. Playing with my sisters is so much fun! We had a great group of ladies this year and had a blast with everyone!

Tyler grew himself a sweet beard of the month of December.

I got to see these awesome Mamas (and mamas to be) and Sara's baby shower. I seriously love them.  (we all make cute babies!)

After my family all left we headed down to Whitefish with the Dudleys for a little snowboarding action. We stayed at a sweet hotel with an awesome pool and hot tub. Tyler's parents got up with Quinn both mornings and I got to spend a whole day on the hill with my hubby. It was great!

 Love him.

Waiting for one of many pictures...

I love snowboarding with this guy!

It was foggy and snowy but great to be back out there!

See? Snowy. I love Whitefish!

We spent new years hanging out with Den & Jaz and Corey and Tiffany. It was fun to catch up and we even made it to midnight. New years day we had some family pictures and a delicious meal at susies. We sadly said goodbye to Brandon and Amy and headed HOME!!

 Packed to the Brim!

It was a great holiday season but it was so great to be home!

P.S. We got the pleasure of meeting Tannis' current boyfriend. For now we will refer to him as "the Giant." We measured him on the wall and there is finally someone taller than my mom! AKA The tallest woman in the world. Kinda a big deal.
